Why did Urgent VET Care add booked arrival times?
Due to the dynamic nature of Urgent VET Care we have moved to arrival time slots to reduce our customers frustrations of waiting to be seen just like in all human urgent care clinics. No arrival time, please call and see if we can see your pet today.
Why do waitlist slots have times?
This is to reduce additional work needed to be seen. You will be fully entered into the patient portal and when you can be seen we just move you from waitlist to clinical exam flow. The time slot does not indicate a time to come into the clinic. Please wait until we call you.
What time should I arrive so my pet can be seen?
Before 7PM. We are a reservation and walk-in clinic but please call to let us know you are on your way if there is not a reservation made to ensure you can be seen.
Will you send my pets records to my primary care veterinarian?
Yes! We will electronically submit all of the records from your visit to your primary care veterinarian by the end of that day, including your pet's physical exam, laboratory results, diagnostic images, treatment plan, and a copy of your discharge instructions
What payment options do you offer?

Do you offer payment plans?
