We see patients in order of arrival.
Our goal is to get your pet seen in a timely manner and get you both back home, without the extensive wait times that can occur at an emergency hospital.
However, please understand that if a patient arrives with a life threatening condition, they must be seen prior to stable patients.
Did you know that many medical conditions that affect your pet can cost significantly less if diagnosed and treated early, rather than waiting?
After many years of working in emergency veterinary hospitals, we noticed that a large percentage of cases that came in did not need intensive overnight care. Instead, outpatient treatment can be provided to get your pet back on the path to wellness and ready to follow-up with your trusted primary care veterinarian!
In order to keep our costs lower for you, we do not offer overnight hospitalization services. Patients that need continued monitoring overnight may be referred to a 24hr. hospital of your choice.
Urgent VET Care does not offer preventative medicine services such as vaccines, non-emergent spay/neuter surgery, dental procedures, or monthly preventative medications. Your primary care veterinarian is the best resource for these services.
Will you send my pets records to my primary care veterinarian?
Yes! We will electronically submit all of the records from your visit to your primary care veterinarian by the end of that day, including your pet's physical exam, laboratory results, diagnostic images, treatment plan, and a copy of your discharge instructions
What payment options do you offer?
We accept the following payments: cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, and ScratchPay.
Do you offer payment plans?
We accept CareCredit and ScratchPay services, which provides extended payment options. You can apply ahead of time, if preferred, at carecredit.com and scratchpay.com. We do not offer payment plans outside of these services.
When is payment due?
Payment is due in full, at the time of service
